I work with individuals and couples who want to feel more connected to themselves, their sexuality, and their relationships. No one wants to feel like they’re just getting by in their relationship. You may find yourself missing how things used to be between you, or feeling distant even when you’re together.
Conversations might have become tense, shallow, or purely practical. Arguments may circle back to the same unresolved issues. You may also be navigating betrayal, sexual difficulties, ongoing conflict, major life changes, or growing differences in values. Whatever you’re facing, we can work together to make sense of it.
You’re welcome to see me as a couple or individually. I aim to offer a space where you feel seen and accepted as you are. I work collaboratively to support meaningful and lasting change.
I see everything we do as having made sense in the context in which it was shaped. This includes coping strategies and relational dynamics that may no longer serve you but once helped you feel safe or in control. Therapy can create the awareness needed for change, helping you to feel more choiceful in how you relate to others and yourself.
Qualifications
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy from Middlesex University and a Foundation Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Approach
I’m a specialist Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist, working from a Gestalt perspective, an approach that begins with awareness. In our sessions, we’ll explore what gets in the way of feeling connected or at ease and begin to shift the patterns that keep repeating in your relationships. My style is warm, direct, non-judgemental, and challenging.

I have experience in both the NHS and private practice, providing therapy for individuals and couples around conflict, sexuality, trauma, sexual dysfunction, abuse, addiction, kink, and identity.
