Parminder Sandhu

Integrative Psychotherapist
(UKCP reg.)

I appreciate that choosing the right therapist for you is an essential first step. At this point, you may know what you wish to explore, better understand, and heal. However, it is not entirely uncommon to be uncertain of your specific therapy need. Still, you feel something does not feel right, which is challenging your day-to-day wellbeing.

In each case, the open-ended weekly therapy I offer provides a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to discover insights into yourself and process parts of you which are overly challenging and sometimes feel too difficult to heal alone. Examples of issues can include anxiety, depression, low mood, relationships, work, trauma, or socio-cultural matters. If you feel ready to reach out, then get in touch for an initial consultation.

I hold a Psychotherapy and Counselling Masters, in conjunction with an Integrative Psychotherapy Advanced Diploma from Regent’s University London. My qualifications help tailor the core of my practice by drawing upon psychodynamic, humanistic, and existential principles.

I hold registration with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

The initial consultation via Zoom or telephone is free and between 15 to 20 minutes.

Ongoing 50-minute sessions are £70, occurring weekly at the same time and day.
