What is Neurodynamic Breathwork?

Sessions with me are safe, accessible and guided by your needs. I provide a calm and supportive space whether you’re new or looking to deepen your practice.

My interest in breathwork began over a decade ago when I began practising yoga, and has included hatha, kundalini and Wim Hof, as well as my own practice of Neurodynamic.

Breathwork has helped me destress and find greater resilience through regulating my nervous system, as well as opening the door to a deeper embodied sense of self.
