Dr Kalli Nikolopoulou
Chartered Counselling Psychologist
My name is Kalli, I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, and I offer individual private psychological therapy and psychoanalytic psychotherapy sessions, to young people, adults, and older adults.
I offer a non-judgemental, safe and confidential space to speak and explore your thoughts and feelings, and understand yourself and your relationships better. My practice is primarily informed by psychoanalytic theories, and I am currently undertaking further post-graduate training in Lacanian Psychoanalysis.
I offer sessions in English and in Greek.
I have over ten years of experience working with patients presenting a variety of issues, such as long term interpersonal difficulties, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, physical symptoms, family difficulties, disability, experiences of abuse, trauma, self-destructive behaviours, addictive behaviours, dissociative states, and psychotic experiences.
Alongside my time with patients, the most significant part of my training has been my own personal psychoanalytic psychotherapy and consistent engagement with supervision and process groups.
