Dr. Kate Pryce

Clinical Psychologist
(HCPC reg.)

I am a clinical psychologist with over 10 years experience of working with a wide range of difficulties both privately and in the NHS.

At some point in our lives many of us will face challenges which affect our well-being. I am passionate about using psychological therapies to help people to understand their difficulties, and to make positive changes to get back to a better state of mind.

I primarily use a form of psychological therapy called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help with many common problems, including:

– Anxiety based problems (e.g. panic attacks, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, social anxiety, health anxiety, phobias)
– Depression and low mood
– Sleep difficulties
– Low self-esteem
– Problematic perfectionism
– Eating disorders
– Sleep difficulties
– Anger

I charge at a flat rate of £110 for initial 90 minute appointments, and for each further 50 minute therapy appointment.

I am registered with all the major insurance companies.

Setting up therapy

Our first contact would be an initial 15 minute telephone call. Following this, our initial appointment would last for 90 minutes. If we agree to start therapy these weekly sessions would each last 50 minutes.
