Individual Therapy

As we go through life we inevitably encounter suffering, no matter how hard we may try to avoid it. Whilst sometimes it might be sufficient to turn to a friend or family member, there are times when our experiences are more difficult to understand and disentangle. Counselling and psychotherapy provide a non-judgemental space, away from everyday life, where you can talk freely and in confidence about your problems and concerns, your present worries and troubles, the experiences that have shaped you, and your hopes and aspirations for the future.

To access individual counselling or psychotherapy in E1, Shoreditch, please go to our Who We Are page, select the therapist you would like to see, and enquire with the therapist directly.

For anyone interested in exploring family therapy, please contact Antoine Huon.

Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a holistic medical system and ancient healing art, drawing on thousands of years of practice and experience. It includes various forms of herbal medicine, acupuncture, massage (tui na), exercise (qigong), and dietary therapy.

At the heart of it, is the understanding that Qi energy, our vital life force, flows through the body along pathways known as meridians. When a person is healthy their Qi flows abundantly throughout the body, but when blockages and imbalances occur, a range of physical ailments and emotional symptoms can arise. The aim of TCM is to activate your body’s natural healing response, and to help restore your harmony and flow. Acupuncturists insert very thin, sterile needles into specific points on the body to rebalance and regulate the flow of Qi and promote healing.

Please reach out to Ann Berni-Wright to find out more and/or to book an initial consultation.

Meditation and Mindfulness

Meditation has taken the western world by storm, and rightly so. With a greater need to reduce stress and create a sense of calm and focus, many people find the practice soothing and nourishing, bringing about a sense of calm and peace, and often providing a transformative and healing practice.

Meditation is about being present with what is, experiencing a sense of stillness, and noticing thoughts and feelings coming and going.

Whether you are a completely new to meditation, or would like to practice with others, our classes are open to everyone.

Family Constellation workshops

Constellations offer a powerful and solution-focused journey to address ingrained personal, relationship, family, and work challenges. Ideal for issues resistant to change – encompassing emotional struggles, traumatic experiences, feeling stuck, relational complexities, family rifts, behavioural patterns, loss, and a sense of isolation, to name a few – the method facilitates transformative solutions.

In these workshops, a small group of six to twelve participants engages in a profound process. The Issue-holder shares their concern with the facilitator, and a “living map” of the issue is created with the support of fellow participants. Hidden dynamics are revealed, leading the way to resolution and untangling complexities.

As participants recognize the interconnectedness spanning generations, Constellations foster a deep sense of compassion and belonging. Empowered by transformative insights, individuals gain newfound clarity to navigate life’s challenges. Constellations not only offer healing but also the potential for profound personal growth, enriching lives with a new perspective and understanding.
