Sometimes in life, we come adrift from our inner knowing. We lose touch with our innate sense of what is right for us, and what does not meet our needs. Challenging circumstances can make this knowledge feel hard to access, but in fact it is always within us.
I work in an intuitive way, inviting you back into close contact with your personal power and embodied understanding. I collaborate with you, through moment-by-moment attention to what is alive in you, to restore your natural drive towards creative fulfilment. Through talking, creative expression and movement we support your recovery.
My initial training was in Gestalt therapy. I also use Focusing, a body-based way of working. I am trained and experienced in using the creative arts therapeutically, in a wide range of different media. With some clients I also work outdoors.
I specialise in working with actors and those in the creative arts. But if that isn’t you, don’t be put off.
