In these increasingly fast-paced times, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and disconnected from ourselves and others. I offer a supportive space where you can pause, reflect, and explore the challenges you face, helping you reconnect with your inner guidance and move forward with clarity.

I am a qualified and UKCP accredited integrative psychotherapist with a deep commitment to providing a space which is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to your unique needs. My approach is grounded in a relational and culturally sensitive perspective, with a focus on creating a supportive environment where you can feel seen and heard.

I work across a wide range of issues including; depression, anxiety, relationship issues, low self-esteem, race, identity and cultural issues, eating disorders, bereavement, PTSD, psychedelic integration and childhood trauma.

I draw on various therapeutic approaches, including transpersonal, psychodynamic, humanistic, and existential methods, allowing us to address your needs holistically. Whether through supportive dialogue, connecting to the body or creative expression such as drawing, mindfulness and dream exploration, we will find what resonates most deeply with you.

Therapy is a shared journey. By building trust and safety my goal is to support you in untangling what feels stuck, celebrating your progress, and empowering you to navigate life and relationships with confidence.

Fees

£85 for 50 minute session.

I also offer an initial complimentary 30 minute intro session. This is to help gain a sense of each other, explore intentions for therapy and to ask any questions.
