Trained in the UK and Germany, I bring a systemic perspective: understanding you within the relationships, experiences and wider circumstances that shape your life.
Family Constellations group workshops – The Therapeutic Rooms
At The Therapeutic Rooms, I facilitate small-group Family Constellations workshops lasting three to four hours.
Despite the name, Family Constellations needn’t focus on family, and you don’t need family members to attend.
You’re welcome to bring any personal or professional concern, whether you’re facing relationship difficulties, challenges at work, loss, a difficult decision or a sense of feeling stuck.
Constellations offers a way to explore recurring patterns and relationship dynamics that may be outside your awareness. Together, we explore how your experiences and family history might shed light on what you’re facing and open up possibilities for understanding and change. My approach is collaborative and creative.
You can bring a concern of your own or take part in someone else’s Constellation as a “representative,” standing in for a person or an aspect of their situation. This isn’t role play, and you don’t need any prior experience: I explain the process and guide you throughout. Both ways of participating can offer fresh perspectives and new insights on yourself and your relationships.
Groups are small, with an emphasis on mutual respect and a shared commitment to confidentiality. If you bring your own concern, we begin with a conversation to find a starting point. You don’t need to have everything clear before you come.
Constellations can also be explored alongside ongoing psychotherapy, spiritual practice or personal development work.
