I came to acupuncture through my own experience. Having lived with a long-term musculoskeletal condition, I found in acupuncture a depth of relief and support that other approaches had been unable to provide. That experience significantly shaped my understanding of what healing can look like, and it continues to inform how I work with patients today.

I grew up in a family where healthcare was part of everyday life. My father was a doctor, my mother a physiotherapist. From them I learned that attentive listening is as essential as clinical expertise, and that feeling truly heard is often the first step towards recovery.

I trained at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading, completing a BSc (Hons) in Acupuncture and gaining my LicAc qualification. I am a registered member of the British Acupuncture Council (MBAcC).

What distinguishes my approach is the integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element acupuncture. TCM enables me to address physical symptoms directly, while Five Element acupuncture explores the emotional and constitutional patterns that underpin our health. Together, they offer a nuanced way of treating both immediate symptoms and underlying patterns.

I aim to create a calm, supportive space where you can feel genuinely at ease. I take time to listen carefully, and I see treatment as a collaborative process rather than something done to you.

People seek my support for stress and anxiety, sleep difficulties, musculoskeletal pain, hormonal fluctuations, and general wellbeing.
