Choosing a therapist is a meaningful step, and finding someone who feels like the right fit matters.

Sometimes life can appear to be running smoothly on the surface, yet internally there is a sense of dissatisfaction, uncertainty, or emotional exhaustion. And sometimes there isn’t one clear reason – just a feeling that something isn’t quite right.

Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from yourself, or struggling to make sense of certain patterns in your relationships. You might be carrying the impact of past experiences, feeling burnt out, or finding it difficult to care for yourself in the way you would like.

Perhaps something in your life is asking for attention, if so, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

How I Work

As an Integrative Relational Psychotherapist, I offer a space where you can slow down, be met as you are, and begin to explore your inner world without having things figured out. Our work is collaborative and shaped around you.

I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, but at the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens through genuine human connection.

Beginning Therapy

Therapy with me usually begins with a free 20-minute consultation, giving us an opportunity to briefly connect and for you to get a sense of how it might feel to work together.

If you decide to take the next step, we arrange an initial consultation and assessment session. This is a space for you to talk in more depth about what brings you to therapy, ask any questions you may have, and begin exploring what you might need from the process.

I will also ask some questions and share more about how I work. There is no obligation to continue after this session. If we both feel that working together is a good fit, we will agree on a regular weekly session time.

Length of Therapy

Some people come to therapy with a specific issue they would like support with and choose short-term therapy (12–18 sessions).

Others choose open-ended therapy, which allows for deeper exploration over time as life unfolds. This longer-term process can help us notice and understand patterns that may not be immediately visible.

Training, Qualifications and Experience

I hold a Master’s degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and have experience working with clients in the charity sector, offering low-cost counselling services.

Through this work, I have supported people facing a wide range of emotional and personal difficulties, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, relational trauma, burnout, and experiences of family estrangement.

Alongside my clinical work, I bring nearly 20 years of experience in the jewellery industry, which has given me a strong understanding of the pressures of professional life, workplace dynamics, and the impact these can have on wellbeing, identity, and relationships.

Originally from Poland, I have lived as an immigrant in the UK for over twenty years and understand the complexity of living between cultures, adapting, finding belonging, and maintaining a sense of self while building a life in a new place.

As a qualified yoga teacher, I also bring an understanding of the connection between body and mind, which supports the holistic way I approach emotional wellbeing.
