I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is built on trust, warmth, and safety, providing the space for you to explore your present or past experiences, relationships, and how they may be affecting you today.
Whatever your reasons for seeking therapy, it can feel daunting. You may be experiencing unnamed anxiety, perhaps you are struggling with life choices, current relationships, or needing a place to process trauma or grief. You might even be unsure about the reasons you’re seeking help. No matter what brings you here, I would be glad to meet with you.
In my practise, I draw from a variety of approaches, tailored to meet your unique needs; combining psychoanalytic, humanistic, person centred, transpersonal and body therapy within a relational framework.
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing and growth occur through the relational connection between client and therapist. I explore the impact of early experiences, while also paying attention to how emotions and trauma are held in the body. Additionally, I offer space to explore spiritual concerns, regardless of religious affiliation.
In addition to my private practice, I am part of the counselling team at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, where I work with students in a creative, performance-driven environment.
