Contact Details

I am a BACP registered therapist with several years of experience working in counselling centres, addiction treatment settings, and private practice in Cape Town, Belgium, and London. Working from a person-centred, humanistic standpoint, I believe in helping people to understand themselves and how the interplay of different parts within them act to help or hinder them in living the lives they want to. I believe in creating a non-judgemental, listening space for clients to explore the changes they need to make and support them through that process.

I work with clients seeking help with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and a wide variety of neurodiversity as well as various addictive and problematic behaviours, including substance and alcohol misuse, gambling addiction, sex/pornography misuse, and eating disorders.

I use an integrative approach, meaning I work flexibly with my clients, bringing a set of tools to help meet their requirements for growth, peace, and change. All of this is rooted in establishing and working within a caring and supportive therapeutic relationship where you can feel safe to explore what is going on for you without fear of rejection or judgement.

I know how tough the first steps into change can be, and how tough returning to a journey of healing can be as well. I have first-hand experience in my own recovery journey of how hard it is to make a change alone, and how much help guidance and support can provide.
